We built this restaurant for the people who already know Livermore's food scene and want something with real flavor and no pretense — families, students, coworkers, and neighbors alike.

Every order starts with fresh ingredients prepped daily, from hand-cut vegetables to marinated meats, so nothing sits longer than it should before it hits the grill.
Orders are cooked to order, whether it's a dine-in table, a phone-in pickup, or a full catering spread being packed for delivery.
For catering and events, the process starts with a conversation about the menu and headcount, followed by prep, cooking, and delivery or setup timed to the event.
For dine-in and takeout, food goes straight from the kitchen to the table or the pickup counter, keeping the wait short and the plate hot.

Built on Sixteen Years Behind the Stove
Fernando has been cooking Mexican food for about sixteen years, thirteen of them running his own restaurant kitchens in and around Livermore.
After closing the previous restaurant on this same site in 2025, he's back with a new name, a familiar menu, and the same hands-on approach to running the kitchen every day.
The mission is simple: cook the kind of Mexican food that brings people back, and treat every table like it matters.
That means Fernando is still in the kitchen himself, overseeing the food that goes out to every table in the dining room.
